No one rang once more so I attempted to contact the woman I had booked with by e mail and obtained an automatic reply saying she had left and her emails weren’t monitored!! I then tried to contact anyone at Hospital Group by phone – left messages, no reply, no reply once I rang. I ultimately obtained maintain of the woman from Accounts who had beforehand contacted me by e mail concerning the stability cost (which I’m so glad I by no means paid now). She was actually useful and once I requested for a deposit refund as a result of I used to be sick of being messed round, she instantly sorted this out for me.
